Additional terms
Ambassadors and Affiliates will receive an 8% commission on total referral sales when any customer makes a purchase through your affiliate link or uses your coupon code. There are additional monthly tiered bonuses when certain sales amounts are reached. When any ambassador has sales beyond $2000 in one calendar month said ambassador will receive an additional 1% commission on the total amount sold through their affiliate link or discount code. When any ambassador has sales beyond $4000 in one calendar month said ambassador will receive an additional 1.5% commission on the total amount sold through their affiliate link or discount code. When any ambassador has sales beyond $6000 in one calendar month said ambassador will receive an additional 2% commission. These bonuses are not compounding. Ambassadors and affiliates will also get their first apparel item of choice for FREE and FREE shipping. If sales from the first post in the first 7 days of promoting the brand reach at least $300 in sales then said ambassador or affiliate will receive their next item for FREE and is also true for any post thereafter.

Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions (the "Agreement") set out the legally binding terms of your participation in the Ronin Brand Ambassador program (the "Program"). 

By completing the application process and participating in the Program, you (“you” or the “Brand Ambassador”) agree to the terms and conditions contained herein, our Terms of Service and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published occasionally through direct email. If you do not agree to or understand this Agreement, please do not apply to or participate in the Program.

You certify to Ronin Nation Fit that if you are an individual (i.e., not a company) you are at least 18 years of age. If you are a legal entity, you certify that you are an officer of the company or you are otherwise authorized to act on behalf of the company. You also certify that you are legally permitted to use the Program and that you take full responsibility for the selection and use of the Program. This Agreement is void where prohibited by law, and the right to access the Program is revoked in such jurisdictions. You understand and agree that the arrangement is not deemed to create an employment, partnership, or joint venture between Ronin Nation Fit and any Brand Ambassador. As a Brand Ambassador you are expected to act with honesty, comply with Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) guidelines and adhere to all applicable laws.

There are only 3 basic requirements for participating in Ronin Nation Fit's Brand Ambassador Program.

  1. A Brand Ambassador must be over the age of 18 to participate. Please email a copy of your State Issue ID once accepted.
  2. Brand Ambassadors must have at least 5,000 followers on their active public Instagram account with the majority of the audience being 18-45 years old. Ronin Nation Fit, LLC reserves the right, at its discretion, to make exceptions from the aforementioned criteria for followers.
  3. You always represent the brand in a positive manner, and have the. brands best interest in mind in every post.

In order to enjoy the benefits of the Program, you must fill out the application form available and submit the form and then be selected by Ronin Nation Fit, LLC to become a Brand Ambassador. After you have submitted the form, Ronin Nation Fit, LLC will review your application and decide whether you will be accepted as Ronin nation Fit, LLC Brand Ambassador/Affiliate. If you have been approved to the Program, you become a Brand Ambassador/Affiliate. The Brand Ambassador/Affiliate must register on the Site (including by filling out all required personal information - your full name, email, and Instagram name). The Brand Ambassador may opt out of marketing and promotional emails unless agreed upon otherwise.

Brand Ambassador/Affiliate Duties:

Once the Brand Ambassador/Affiliate has received Ronin Nation Fit, LLC products as a part of the Program, the Brand Ambassador must within 48 hours of receiving merchandise prepare and post at least 2 promotional Instagram posts, 2 Instagram stories, 2 Facebook Posts, and 2 Facebook Stories, 2 Snapchats. The Brand Ambassador's/ Affiliates Instagram account must be the one that was approved by Ronin Nation Fit, LLC for the Program.

Content and Restrictions:

Brand Ambassadors/Affiliates posts will be subject to review by Ronin Nation Fit. If Ronin Nation Fit, LLC deems any post to not represent the product or brand in the best light for any reason, Ronin Nation Fit, LLC has the right to demand that ambassador/affiliate shall remove post within 1 hour of Ronin Nation Fit's, LLC written request.

The Brand Ambassador is solely responsible for the activity that occurs on the Brand Ambassador's account.

Content that you post, submit, upload, display, sell or use using our Program and services is your Content for which you are solely responsible. You confirm that you have all necessary rights to the Content and that you’re not infringing or violating any third party’s rights by posting it or using it.

This Agreement is effective at the time your application is granted and accepted, at the sole discretion of Ronin Nation Fit,LLC you are notified of such acceptance either in writing or electronically. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without cause. Upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason, all rights or licenses granted hereunder shall immediately terminate and you will immediately cease use of, and remove all links to the Site, and all Ronin Nation Fit, LLC trademarks and logos, other marks and all other materials provided in connection with the Program.

No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, franchisor-franchisee relationship, etc. is intended or created by this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

If a dispute arises between you and Printful, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution. The Agreement is governed and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it is settled in accordance with the procedure set forth in Printful Terms of Service.

In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to change, modify, suspend, assign or discontinue this Agreement and Program at any time, including the availability of any feature or content. Printful may also impose limits on certain features or restrict Brand Ambassador's access to parts or all of the Program without notice or liability. The Brand Ambassador shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. Use of the Program by the Brand Ambassador following such modifications constitutes the Brand Ambassador's acceptance of the terms and conditions of changes as modified.

Headings are for reference purposes only and do not limit the scope or extent of the respective section. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. We do not guarantee that we will take action against all breaches of this Agreement. The Brand Ambassador waives any applicable rights to require an original (non-electronic) signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records, to the extent not prohibited under applicable law.

We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Program or this Agreement or any products or services sold by Program. In addition, we make no representation that the operation of the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.

You understand that the Site and policies are created and operated to abide by all such rules and regulations and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold Ronin nation Fit, LLC harmless from any of your violations of laws and regulation, including but not limited to, intellectual property rights, customers' privacy rights, etc.

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy of Secomapp about Affiliate Marketing system describes how we may collect and use personal data and the rights granted to merchants, affiliates and customers regarding their respective data.

By joining the Affiliate program, you signify your approval of the terms set out in this Privacy Policy, and other terms and conditions. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you must not use the affiliate marketing system.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our privacy practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. By continuing to our affiliate program after these changes are posted, you agree to the revised policy.


Personal Information Controller

Any personal information provided to or gathered by Secomapp under this Privacy Notice will be stored and controlled by Secomapp (the data controller).


Information collected from Merchants

When merchant uses the app, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account such as email, first name, last name, shop information (shop domain, shop currency, shop address …). We collect this information to provide you with our Services; for example, to confirm your identity, contact you, provide customer support when you contact us, provide you with advertising and marketing activities.


Information collected from Affiliates

When an Affiliate signs up to join a program, we collect some information to inform merchants such as email, personal information, payment details and social network information,...The information would help merchant evaluate affiliate background and potential, along with process specific activities within the app and contact affiliate if needed.


Information collected from Customers when visiting merchant website

In order to track referral order, when customers visit merchant website and make a purchase, Secomapp system will collect information of order such as total order, order items, order ID,....

Use of Secomapp app by Children

Secomapp is not intended for children. If you are under 13, you may use the affiliate marketing system only with the supervision of your parent or guardian.


Your Rights

Secomapp understands that you have rights over your personal information, and takes reasonable steps to allow you to access, correct, amend, delete, port, or limit the use of your personal information. If you are using the system and wish to exercise these right, please contact us through roninnationfit@gmail.com. We may require that you provide us with acceptable verification of your identity before providing access to such information.

If you are an affiliate and wish to exercise these rights, please contact the merchant you interacted with directly — we serve as a processor on their behalf, and can only forward your request to them to allow them to respond.
